The weather was kind of hot for June. Everyone was burning up. It was then suggested that everyone to go to the beach. The only ones not to go were Madison, Bryan, Michael, Alana, and Max. Madison, Bryan. And Michael were still at camp. Max was going through a lot and was spending time with Alana.
“Who knew practically all our parents knew each other.” Ronnie mumbles. Ronnie, Robert, and Lacy were sitting on a towel under an umbrella with Craig and Katie. Craig’s parents came with Craig and Sabrina. Robert’s and Ronnie’s dad had came as well. Lacy’s and James parents dropped them off and wanted alone time together. Katie’s parents couldn’t come because of work but she managed to come along.
“My parents are too busy to come but they said it was alright if I went.” Katie said. Craig’s parents were in the water with Sabrina and James. Brice just got out of the water and sat down.
“I wished I could’ve had a date.” Brice sighs.
“Why don’t you go out looking for a woman?” Robert asked.
“Someone can’t just do that.” Katie laughed a little.
“What about your boss? You and her didn’t last long in your affair?” Ronnie asked. Brice blushes.
“H-Hey! Don’t even talk about that!” Brice felt embarrassed.
“What? An affair? You cheated on Peggy when you were married?” Katie asked surprised. “That’s not right.”
“Hey! She cheated on me first! And it’s really none of your business!” Brice got up and walked off. He went to go swim.
“Who is his boss?” Craig asked.
“Some lady, her dad originally was the boss but he let his daughter take over. I think.” Robert tells Craig.
“Your dad really had an affair with his boss? And if he’s not together with her, how did she let him stay at his job without firing him?” Craig asks.
“But cheating is wrong.” Katie said feeling grossed out.
“When Bryan was born, our dad started noticing our mom cheating on him a few months later. He tried to make it work with her. I don’t know why because none of us even like her. They kept arguing and separating for a while. Then get back together. It was a complicated marriage. Dad thought she wasn’t going to cheat on him anymore and then he caught her. He got depressed and had an affair with his boss’s daughter that eventually became his boss.”
“I still find that disgusting. I think honestly he should’ve just divorced her before cheating himself.” Katie said.
“You are right, Katie. But sometimes people just end up doing the stupidest things.” Craig agreed with Katie.
“Lacy, you’re being quiet. What are you doing?” Ronnie asks and looks over at Lacy. She was staring at a book. Reading.
“I am reading. I don’t care about all this crap.” Lacy answers.
Max was sitting on Alana’s bed. She was sitting next to him. “Your grandfather is causing so much distress between the family. Why?” Alana asks.
“Hell should I know?! He won’t leave anyone alone. He’s getting me stressed out.” Max laid down on Alana’s bed.
“My dad went through a lot of stress with my mother. It was time he divorced her and he did. Now none of us get contact anymore with her. I think it’s best. I was never close to my mother to begin with. She some reason always hated me. Said I wasn’t like her. That she wished she never had me. Said I was a snobby b word. And all sorts of things.”
“Your mother is a bitch. My grandpa is an asshole. I can’t believe he lied to me about my parents and keeps trying to take me away from them.”
“That isn’t right!” Alana laid her head on Max’s chest.
“I know. My parents are doing everything they can. They got my grandpa out of the house and it’s really a disaster.”
“I hope things get resolve. I don’t want to lose you. I love you.” Alana blushes.
“I love you too.” Max said and starts playing with Alana’s hair.
Madison felt exhausted from the hiking trip that Peg was making them all do. She sat down on a rock. “I feel tired.”
“You can’t sit and rest!” Peg snaps at her.
“I am tired too.” Bryan sat down next to Madison. “I need to rest. My body hurts.” Bryan says to Peg.
“Fuck you both! Get up and walk!”
“Right back at you. Let us rest.” Michael rudely said back to Peg. She glares at him. “We need rest. You must not be human.”
“I am human you little bastard! I will slap the shit out of you!” Peg was angry.
“Keep talking that way and get caught. I hope you do you stupid bitch.” Bryan glares at Peg.
“Bryan! Don’t say that.” Madison whispers to Bryan.
“Well, Robert and Ronnie say the word to girls that are mean!” Bryan tells Madison. Peg came over towards them. She was in an angry mood.
“How dare she! How dare that little bitch try to wear those cute clothes! I am the cute one! Not her!” Peg pushes Madison. Making her fall backwards off the rock and into mud.
“Madison!” Bryan says feeling worried about her.
“Oww… Why did you do that?” Madison asked and starts crying. Bryan helps her back on the rock by him.
“That was mean! Why did you do that to her?!” Michael didn’t like what Peg did to Madison. Especially since he liked her a lot.
“I can do what I want! That little snobby bitch had it coming to her!”
“Snobby?! You’re the one that is! How could you push her like that?!” Michael went over to Peg. He was angry. He pushes her. Knocking her down on the ground.
“My anxiety!” Peg held her chest. “You asshole! My anxiety is acting up!”
“Whatever!” Michael was disgusted with Peg.
“Are you alright?” Bryan asked Madison.
“No! My clothes are ruined and… I hurt!” Madison cried. She hugs on Bryan. He didn’t care if she was getting mud on him. He hugs her back.
“It’s alright. We can go back to camp and get you some clean clothes and help you get cleaned up.” Bryan tells her.
“NO!” Peg stood up. “I will not stand for this! I will tell the camp counselors that you ran off!” Peg glares at them both. Bryan gets up and Madison tried to get up put almost fell. Bryan and Michael got her before she fell.
“My ankle hurts!” Madison cried. “I think I twisted it!”
“It’s alright. I can carry you back to camp.” Michael said.
“I can try to.” Bryan says.
“You can’t do that.” Michael tells Bryan. “You can’t carry her. I can.” Michael said.
“YOU LITTLE ASSHOLES! I WILL CALL THE COPS!” Peg was just complaining in her own little world as Bryan helped Madison on Michael’s back. The three began to walk as they were heading back to camp. Completely ignoring Peg.
Alana was staring at Max. “Max, I hope the whole family issue will resolve.”
“Me too.” Max sat up and Alana sat up with him.
“I don’t understand why your grandpa would want to put so much stress on you. Why would he want to tear the family apart? Doesn’t he even love his own son?” Alana asks.
“I feel like he doesn’t.” Max tells her. “I don’t want to lose you. I don’t want my grandpa taking me away. Especially from you.” Max brings Alana towards him and kisses her. She blushes red.
“Max is so cute… I don’t understand how he didn’t have a girlfriend before me.” Alana thought to herself and kisses Max back. Max just wanted the stress off of him. He didn’t want to think about his family issues at the moment. He kept kissing Alana. As he continued to kiss her, he began to start thinking of her. Alana felt him wanting to press his tongue in her mouth. She quickly parts lips with Max.
“I…I don’t know if I want to do that!” Alana says feeling nervous.
“It’s fine. I am just really stressed out. I am not forcing you.” Max tells her.
“You aren’t mad at me are you?” Alana asks.
“No. I can’t force you to do that. That’s wrong.” Max said to her and pulled out a cigarette. “Care if I smoke?”
“I guess not.” Alana mumbles. Max lights the cigarette and starts to smoke.
“I don’t understand how my grandpa could lie to me? Lie to me all these fucking years! All these years. And then try to take me from my parents! How could he?!” Max felt angry at his grandpa.
“I am sorry that all that happened.” Alana says feeling bad for Max.
“It really is troublesome. My little sister keeps crying because she can’t stand the fights. My little brother is getting sick of it too. And sometimes I wonder if it’s my fault…”
“It’s not your fault.” Alana said and took Max’s cigarette out of his mouth. “There’s no ashtray in here.” Alana giggles and left the bedroom. She came back after two minutes later and sat back on her bed.
“Why did you take my cigarette from me if you said you didn’t care if I smoked in here?” Max asks her confused.
“Because, I can’t kiss you if you’re smoking.” Alana said and presses her lips against Max’s. He was surprised at first but ends up kissing her lips back.
“I don’t understand her sometimes, but she really is cute.” Max thought to himself.
“I am not sure if I should just give in. He’s so much stressed and I don’t like seeing him this way. I really do care for him but I don’t honestly know what to do.” Alana thinks to herself. Max brings Alana closer towards him. Embracing her as he kisses. Alana felt her heart pounding fast. Max’s heart was racing as well as they continued to kiss.
“Alana is so cute…” Max thought to himself. He was blushing red and so was Alana. They part lips.
“Max…” She says looking at him. “Do you really love me?”
“Yes, I do.” Max replies.
“I love you so much.” Alana said with a smile. Max pushes Alana down on the bed. Alana was startled at first. “M-Max?!”
“You want to know something, sweetie?”
“What?” Alana asks.
“My full name is really ‘Maxwell’.” Max laughs a little. Alana just blushed more. Max uses his right hand to grab one of Alana’s breasts.
“W-What are you doing?” Alana asks nervously.
“You act like we never done anything sexual before.” Max laughed. “Do you want me or no? Your choice.”
