Bryan had gone out. Him and Madison had planned for a date. At the same time, Ronnie and Lacy had gone out. “I can’t believe we have to take you with us just because of the fact that you can’t be alone!” Ronnie glares at Bryan. “And it was supposed to be just Lacy and me…”
“It’s alright.” Lacy tells Ronnie and held his hand. “So, you two are dating?” Lacy asks. Madison and Bryan blush.
“D-Don’t tell anyone!” Madison felt shy about it.
“Everyone knows about it. I don’t know what’s to hide about.” Ronnie said and laughed a little.
“Can we go to some stores and then get something to eat?” Bryan asked.
“You better have your own money. I don’t have money for you two.” Ronnie answered Bryan.
“Don’t worry. I have been saving a lot in my allowance.” Bryan replied. The four all went into a store together.
“We can meet up at the front of the store when we’re done.” Ronnie tells Madison and Bryan and walks away with Lacy into an aisle.
“Where do you want to look at first?” Bryan asked Madison.
“Hmm… Maybe the toys.” Madison answers. “I want to see the dolls.” Madison smiles. They both went into the toy aisle.
“I really don’t feel like this is a date with them tagging along.” Ronnie complained to Lacy.
“It can’t be helped. Your father doesn’t want Bryan by himself and I don’t think Madison should be either.” Lacy said as she was looking at the items on the shelf.
“Robert isn’t here with us, but instead we had to take Bryan and Madison along. This feel like I was ripped off.” Ronnie felt like he wasn’t having a good time. He wanted to be alone with Lacy and not have to babysit the other two.
“It’s fine.” Lacy said and brings Ronnie close to her. He blushes. “Stop complaining about it. It’s alright.” Lacy kisses Ronnie’s cheek. He blushes more. She stares at him. “After the date, I ‘ll give you a kiss you’ll love.” She smiles devilishly while blushing. Ronnie felt his heart beat fast. Lacy turns around and picks up a box on the shelf. It was a jewelry box.
“You want that?” Ronnie asks. Lacy stared at the jewelry box. It was a dark brown color with beautiful roses on it. The roses were a purple color.
“I like it.” Lacy said as she stared at the jewelry box. “I do have some jewelry I could put in it.”
“Oh.” Ronnie stares at the jewelry box too.
Madison picked up a baby doll that was in the toy aisle. The baby doll looked much like a baby and wore pink. “This is so adorable!” Madison smiles.
“You like dolls don’t you?” Bryan asks as he stared at her.
“Got a problem with that?” Madison glares at him.
“It’s weird.”
“How is it? You like teddy bears.” Madison said still glaring at Bryan.
“Hey! Don’t tell everyone!” Bryan yells at her. She laughed a little.
“Does it really matter if I like dolls?” Madison asks.
“Not really…” Bryan mumbles and blushes a little at her. Madison walks over to him.
“What?” She asks.
“I… I don’t care!” Bryan turned his face from her. Madison smiles at him.
“You really are cute.”
“Cute?!” Bryan blushes more. “I am not!”
“You don’t want to be called ugly do you?! What’s so wrong about being called ‘cute’?”
“Because! That makes me sound like a sissy!”
“Sissy?! Whatever! You’re cute and there’s nothing you can do or say to change that!” Madison said grabbing the side of Bryan’s face.
“Stop it!” Bryan yelled at her. The two of them seemed to be play fighting in the store.
“Did you want to look at anything?” Lacy asked Ronnie.
“I am fine.”
Lacy and Ronnie walk to the front of the store to pay for the jewelry box. Madison and Bryan were still in the toy aisle.
“I bet you want a teddy bear.” Madison teased Bryan.
“I do not!”
“I bet you do!”
“Do not!”
Madison picked up a red teddy bear.
“Look! This teddy bear is one of your favorite colors!” Madison smiled. “You want it?”
“Nope.” Bryan turned his head.
“You don’t?” Madison asked surprised. Bryan didn’t answer. “Okay.” Madison sits the teddy bear down.
Robert was at home. He was sitting on his bed. Smoking a cigarette. “Ronnie got to go on a date with Lacy, but… It’s funny he had to take Bryan and Madison along.” Robert laughed a little. He smashes his cigarette in an ashtray and got up off the bed. “When I go on my date with Lacy, we both will be alone. Unlike Ronnie didn’t actually get to be alone with her.”
Ronnie and Lacy had left the store along with Madison and Bryan. “Why can’t we meet somewhere with those two and pretend that we watched them all day?” Ronnie suggested to Lacy.
“And what if something happened to one of them? Would you take full responsibility?” Lacy asks.
“Yes.” Ronnie replied honestly. Lacy and Ronnie stopped walking and turned around. They stared at Madison and Bryan. Madison was holding a bag with the doll she got in it.
“What is it?” Bryan asked them.
“We both want to be alone for a little bit. How about meeting up at that popular café in town?” Ronnie suggested.
“Are you serious about leaving us alone?” Bryan asks.
“Ronnie thinks it will be okay as long as we meet up at the café so we can later go to a restaurant together.” Lacy explains to Bryan and Madison.
“But where do we go?” Madison asks.
“Just stay nearby. We will be nearby.” Ronnie said. “Meet at that popular café in town in exactly an hour and a half from now. Within 1 hour and 30 minutes.”
“That will be about 4 PM something.” Bryan said looking at his watch.
“Exactly.” Ronnie takes Lacy’s hand and walks away.
“It feels weird, doesn’t it?” Bryan asked Madison.
“I guess we’ll be okay. Where do you want to go?” Madison asked and began to walk. Bryan followed her.
“I guess we can go look into another store if you want?” Bryan wasn’t even sure. They both entered another store. It was a bookstore.
“Sometimes I like looking at books.” Madison tells Bryan. They both went into an aisle and was staring at some books. Madison picked up a book and was staring at it.
“Do you like that book?” Bryan asks her.
“It seems interesting. The cover looks cute.” Madison answers. She closed the book. “Bryan, do you think it’s weird for us to date?”
“No. Why?” Bryan asks. “Did someone say anything to you?”
“Well, no. But we wanted to keep it a secret but everyone knows about us.” Madison blushes. “I am a little embarrassed.”
“What’s the matter? Do you not like me?” Bryan asked with a serious face. Madison blushes more as she stares at him.
“Well… Um… I do like you. A lot.” Madison admits. “I really liked you for a while now.”
“Same with me.” Bryan picked up a book and starts to look at it. It was a comic.
“You going to buy that?” Madison asks him. He nods.
“I am thinking about it. You want that book?” Bryan asks her.
“I might.” Madison replied.
Ronnie and Lacy were together. Lacy sat down on a bench. Ronnie sat down by her. “We’re alone now.” Lacy said. Ronnie stares at her.
“Do you even want to go anywhere else?”
“No. I just want to stay here. Right now.” Lacy admits. “I am not in the mood. I just want to sit here and talk.”
“What do you want to talk about?”
“I really want to be together with the both of you. You know, Robert and you. But… At the same time I keep knowing it’s wrong but… I love you both and then… thoughts keep running through my head.” Lacy starts crying. “I am scared of falling out of love with one of you. I am afraid to love one more than the other. I don’t want to hurt any of you. I love you both a lot.”
“Lacy… I know I really want to be with you. Just me and not Robert with you too, but… I love you.” Ronnie pulled her close to him. She blushes. “And I don’t want to see you depressed or worried.” Ronnie brought her face close to his and kisses her. Lacy kisses his lips back.
“I love him so much. I love him. He’s so…” Lacy thought to herself.
“I really do wish you can be all mine. I really do, but at the same time I don’t want to see you suffer.” Ronnie thought to himself. The two part lips.
“Ronnie, I dreamt of you last night.” Lacy blushed.
“You did?” Ronnie asks surprised. He felt his chest beating fast.
“I dreamed you were kissing me. I dreamed you were hugging me and telling me you love me.” Lacy blushes as she admit.
